Description: The Transplant Nephrology Community Outreach Program is a series of 10 continuing medical education (CME) modules addressing key aspects of posttransplant patient care. Although they have been designed as a series, each module stands alone as a resource for community nephrologists.

Directions: Read the article, take a short self-assessment exam, and your certificate will then be available immediately online.
